Hi, I'm Luis Davo, the front-end of the brand with a passion for crafting engaging user-friendly knives. With a background in Metallurgy, CAD Design, Manufacturing, and most important: "The Art of the Blade", I specialize in bringing designs to life and ensuring seamless functionality in the knife vision created. I thrive on collaborating with top manufacturers and backend developers to create knives that are comparable to our on militaries fighter jets offering the highest tolerance available on our production models. This brings a delight to our customers and enhances overall usability. Let's connect and create something amazing together!

2021 - Present Davo Knives
Began making friction folders around 2008 and by 2012 created the brand Davo Knives focusing on friction folders and slowly transitioning to folding frame locks and liner lock mechanisms. Nano Cleaver was a design that was then stolen overseas via cloning process for mass production causing a slow downfall on productions. Many designs were created during this time and met some of my closest customers that are still members till today.
June 2021 - Jan 2023 Alien Knives LLC
After over a decade of successful handmade folders with high count customer base, it was time to take the project to the next level of mass production in order to spread the knowledge and quality of true craftsmanship to the rest of the world. First Production model was created called the DX2 gaining immediate attention in the knife industry.
